This website is mint. I like how you can drag and drop the colours onto the headphones. They even have the PANTONE code!

Retail Therapy

The plan was to get a decent pair of running shoes. Bought the Reebok classics in suede - I cant run in them there too nice.

Went to sports direct to get some shitty ones that I could actually run in and ended up buying the green Adidas Originals SL 72's -  daaayymmm, not the best running shoes but they look good.

Jerry Levitan, director Josh Raskin and illustrators James Braithwaite and Alex Kurina

In 1969, a 14-year-old Beatle fanatic named Jerry Levitan snuck into John Lennon's hotel room in Toronto and convinced him to do an interview. 38 years later, Levitan, director Josh Raskin and illustrators James Braithwaite and Alex Kurina have collaborated to create an animated short film using the original interview recording as the soundtrack. A spellbinding vessel for Lennon's boundless wit and timeless message, I Met the Walrus was nominated for the 2008 Academy Award for Animated Short and won the 2009 Emmy for 'New Approaches' (making it the first film to win an Emmy on behalf of the internet). - imetthewalrus youtube.

Inspiring words along with a great video. I admire Jerry Levitan for sneaking into Lennon's hotel room and grabbing the opportunity to get the interview. Amazing. The visuals for me bring the interview alive and help you remember the under lying message and points covered.
An alternative to desperado's. Slightly cheaper and the design on the front is a lot better!

Do's

This is clever. Time saving and simple. Not Graphic Design but hey.

Ghost town of the Moscow region! what is this about seriously. Looks like a movie set. This little town was accidentally found in the forest. Check it out - www.mizozo.com/travel/11/2011/01/ghost-town-of-the-moscow-region.html

Some street art.

This is sweet. Clever design which makes life easier and also where form is following function to an extent but with still creating something that looks a bit more detailed,  decorated.

I re-blogged this from treehugger. Good design will save the world!
